No account required for guests. Only the event owner creates an account to set up and manage the gallery.
Can I download all photos at once?
Yes. The event owner can download a complete ZIP of all guest photos from the dashboard at any time during the storage window.
What happens after the event?
Your upload window closes based on your plan. You can download everything as a ZIP during storage: 14 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 6 months on Standard, or 1 year on Premium.
Can I extend my storage timeline?
Yes. Need more time to download or back up your photos? Extend storage before expiry. No automatic renewals or surprises.
What if my timeline is close to expiring?
We send reminders before expiry. Download your ZIP or extend storage before the date to keep access longer.
Who can access the upload page?
Anyone with your QR code or upload link can open it, so share it with your guests. Snaptory does not publish event links publicly.
