Do guests need an app?
No. Guests scan a QR link and upload directly from their mobile browser. Zero app downloads, zero friction.
Do guests need an account?
No account required for guests. Only the event owner creates an account to set up and manage the gallery.
Can I download all photos at once?
Yes. The event owner can download a complete ZIP of all guest photos from the dashboard at any time.
What happens after the event?
Your gallery stops accepting uploads when the event closes. You have a clear window to download everything based on your plan: 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year. After that, all photos are permanently deleted. No surprises, no hidden policies.
Can I extend my timeline?
Yes. Need more time to download or backup your photos? Extend your storage timeline with one click before it expires. No automatic renewals or surprises.
What if my timeline expires?
We send reminders 3 days before expiry. After expiry, all files are permanently deleted to protect your privacy. No recovery possible. Download or extend before the date.
